almost 4 years ago – Tue, Jun 16, 2020 at 09:21:58 AM

Hello Sinners,

Here's a quick production and shipping update...

The factory has finished the production of SINS, and is ready to load the games onto the boat this week! We are estimating a 6 week shipping period, with hopefully smooth sailing. If everything is going as expected, you should have your SINS game at the start of August.

Production Status
almost 4 years ago – Mon, May 25, 2020 at 12:17:23 PM

Hello Sinners,

We hope you’re all safe and spending time playing board games with your loved ones.

“What’s going on?”, you might be asking. Production is in full swing, but the art book has been a bit troublesome. We’ve received many production samples, which hasn’t shown us what we need. In the end, we’ve decided to go with a traditional booklet manufacturer for the art book, one we’ve used before for that specific purpose.

This will not delay us any further. We’re sending the art book into production here in Denmark and will have them ready at the fulfilment hubs, for when the game arrives. The current estimate for fulfilment is start of July.

That’s it for now, have a wonderful week!

Tabletop & Gears
almost 4 years ago – Tue, May 05, 2020 at 01:22:07 PM

Hello Sinners,

We are on Tabletopia (and as previously announced; on TTS) with SINS!

We are so happy to be able to bring our games to all the digital platforms, and give everyone a chance, in these challenging time, to play games. Invite your friends online, stay safe and let us know how it goes. We'd love to hear the winning strategies!

Gears Live On Kickstarter...

Jack in the Box Games teamed up with our favourite design duo, to make a whimsical steampunk version of SINS, now on Kickstarter. While based on the same push-your-luck framework; the design, artwork, abilities and overall experience, is vastly different. So if you’re looking for a fun-fantasy-themed companion to your SINS collection, this is it!

Give it a look, and consider supporting them in their efforts to bring a steampunk push-your-luck card game to the table. They obviously got our vote!

Kickstarter Journeys

New podcast episode up! I had a chat with Wes from Kickstarter Journeys. If you’re interested in the story and journey behind SINS, put on your headphones and listen in!

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Jacob about the 7 sins! His cardgame, SINS: An Infernal Deckbuilder, performed incredibly well for a first time creator using absolutely NO preview videos/review videos. Learn about how he managed the more daring Sins in the game, and the amazing artwork behind it.”

Daddy Louie Plays SINS

“In this video, Daddy Louie takes a look at a brand new deck building game called SINS. In SINS, you are competing for power, to overcome weaknesses and give despair to your opponents. It is a fantasy deck-builder with a quick setup and gameplay, filled with actions, events and tough choices in a small package. But...is it good? Check out our review to find out.”

AthexTube Unboxing of SINS

“A look at whats comes inside SINS, both the rise of wrath and ooze of gluttony. Each deck supports 2 players total, and can be expanded up to 3 decks for a total of 6 players per game.”

That’s all folks. Stay safe, stay home, play games!
